Game of Aspirations

Life's an endless game of aspirations.

The constant yearning for love,

An unflinching hope for success, 

The rally behind money and fame.

Ah, the rat race - it's you whom I blame!

Let me be the best I could.

Let me live life to the fullest.

Let me not worry about

Those ghastly uncertainties

Those doomsday scenarios

Those bots that could take my job

Or those wars, that may lead to a nought!

For all I know,

If one ghost's gone, there's another.

I'd rather not see them and wither.

There's plenty for me,

To see and learn,

To get inspired and not burn.

To see my dreams turn into reality.

And, to leave a mark,
